The accuracy of our analysis depends on the quality and completeness of the uploaded document. We cannot guarantee 100% accuracy or completeness of our analysis.
3. User Responsibilities
By using the Service, you agree to:

- Only upload documents you have the legal right to share
- Not use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or abuse the Service
- Keep your account credentials secure

4. Payment Terms
Pricing
Full report access is available for a one-time payment of $19 USD per lease document.
Refund Policy
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if our analysis misses a major red flag that a reasonable review should have caught. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase with documentation of the missed issue.
Payment Processing
All payments are securely processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.
5. Limitations of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- LeaseLens is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
- We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to decisions made based on our analysis.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.
- We are not responsible for any losses resulting from reliance on our analysis without consulting a licensed attorney.
6. Intellectual Property
Our Content: The LeaseLens service, including its design, features, and analysis methodology, is owned by LeaseLens and protected by intellectual property laws.
Your Content: You retain ownership of the documents you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process your documents solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
7. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms of Service
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
- Abuse or attempt to exploit the Service
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
